Super Eagles Star, Ogenyi Onazi Weds Sweetheart, Sandra Ogunsuyi In A Classy Ceremony In Lagos

Super Eagles star, and Trabzonspor midfielder, Ogenyi Eddy Onazi scored his greatest, sweetest and most memorable goal yet, when he wedded his darling, Sandra Osagioduwa Ogunsuyi at colourful ceremonies in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital and Benin City, Edo State.

It was no surprise that Ogenyi came back to Lagos to host his nuptials, this was a city where he grew up and began his football career, it was therefore no surprise that during the occasion, his friends from way back, and family were all there for this celebration of true love. Their journey to marital bliss began in the ancient city of Benin, Edo State, where there was a traditional wedding ceremony. Very colourful and cultural, the event kicked off from the bride’s home in the heart of the city with lots of singing and dancing, and later, guests were entertained at Constantial Hotel.

A few days later, it was time for the solemnization of the wedding-and the train had moved to Lagos and the venue of choice was Ruby Gardens, Lekki. This was where a cosy and classy church ceremony was held and afterwards, a first-rate, star-studded reception unfolded. On this special day, Ogenyi stepped out in a sparkling white single breasted suit, black waist coat , black pair of trousers and a black bow tie courtesy, Kimono Kollection.All his other accessories were by Louis Vuitton. He looked as dashing as one who has just stepped out of the pages of GQ.

The bride was no less gorgeous, she was resplendent in a figure-hugging ivory dress crafted by top Romebased Italian couturier, Elvira Gramano and her footwear were made by none other than world renowned, Jimmy Choo.

The bride’s maids and groom’s men were also spectacularly turned out. Ogenyi and Sandra were joined by Ministers from The Faith Tabernacle, Elf Branch. The highest point of the ceremony was the exchange of rings. It was such a joyous moment that elicited laughter and cheers from all present.

As expected, there was a session of prayers and praises for the couple, before they danced excitedly out of the venue into the bright sunshine with immense happiness.
