The
volume of the hearty cheers for Mrs. Mosunmola Olusola Adebajo when she
celebrated her 70th birthday was very loud, but not louder than the imprints of
her life on humanity over these years.
The significant role she played alongside her husband in the home front was
done with a robust commitment to inculcating values into their children, even
as education was considered a must-have for them. And, it was sheer joy and
gratitude for the children as they rolled out the drums to celebrate the
triumphant entry of their mother into the septuagenarian phase of her earthly
journey.
The birthday ceremony began with a Church service at the St. Peters Anglican
Church, Ajele-Faji Street, Lagos Island. The children, grandchildren, relatives
and friends were in attendance to celebrate with Mrs. Adebajo on her special
occasion. It was a convivial atmosphere as the choir of St. Peters praised God
with soul–stirring songs .The congregation also were not left out as they
clapped, sang and danced to every tune rendered.
Afterwards, the sermon was beautifully delivered by one of the officiating
priests.
